Tracy has been involved in customer service for many years. She has had the responsibility to make sure our customers are taken care of and their concerns are handled in an efficient and prompt manner.
Tracy is very conscientious in her efforts to make sure all of the people we work with are understood and get the best information and help.
Tracy is responsible for dealing with setting up new accounts, new homeowner sales and insurance areas of our associations.
